Keonjhar: Three persons were killed and as many critically injured when an SUV rammed into a truck in Rugudi area of Odisha’s Keonjhar district on Wednesday.
The mishap took place when the SUV dashed against the stationary truck parked along Barabanka Ghat road under the jurisdiction of Rugudi police station in the district from the rear, sources said.
While three persons, including a woman, died in the accident, three others with critical injuries were admitted to the district headquarters hospital at Keonjhar. Their condition was stated to be critical.
On getting information, a team of police personnel rushed to the site and launched a probe into the incident. Further details are awaited.
