Nuapada: Three persons were killed after the motorcycle they were riding skidded off the road and fell from an under-construction bridge near Durlimunda village under Jonka police limits in Nuapada district on Tuesday night.
The locals spotted the bodies floating in the water on Wednesday morning and informed the police, which sent them for postmortem.
Two of the deceased persons have been identified as Chain Singh Majhi and Punitram Majhi of Khaliapani village.
The accident took place when they were returning home after watching Dhanu Jatra, the sources said.
