Cuttack: Three persons died in two separate accidents in Cuttack district on Friday.
Two persons were killed when a passenger bus collided head-on with a dumper truck near Bainchua over a bridge at Choudwar in the district. The deceased were identified as the bus driver and a passenger. The bus was on its way to Balugaon from Kolkata when the accident occurred.
In the other case, a person died after being hit by an unidentified vehicle on National Highway-16 near Tangi at Choudwar. The deceased was identified as Sanjay Dalei, a local fish trader.
