Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday approved establishment of three new fire stations in Odisha capital.
According to a CMO release, these fire stations will set up at Tamando, Mancheswar and Pahala to strengthen the services in view of the growing population of the city.
A total of 45 personnel will be appointed for these proposed stations with 15 staffers, including a station officer, two leading firemen, one driver-havildar, one fireman driver and 10 firemen, for each unit.
