Bhubaneswar: Three senior Odisha cadre IPS officers were promoted to the rank of Director General (DG) of Police on Wednesday
According to a notification issued by the General Administration and Public Grievance Department, 1990 batch IPS officers Sudhanshu Sarangi, Arun Kumar Sarangi and Yogesh Bahadur Khurania have been promoted to the rank of DGP in the Level-16 pay matrix.
Yogesh Bahadur Khurania, who is on central deputation, is allowed to the grade of DG of Police in Level-16 of the pay matrix, added the notification.
Sudhanshu Sarangi and Arun Sarangi are posted in the parent cadre at present.
