Berhampur: A major fire broke out at Brahmanidevi village under Sorada police limits near Bhanjanagar in Odisha’s Ganjam district on Sunday, reducing 30 houses to ashes.
While fire service personnel rushed to the spot and efforts are being made to douse the blaze, the cause of the mishap, which rendered 11 family homeless, is yet to be ascertained.
Locals have demanded immediate relief to the victims, sources said.
