Bhubaneswar: As many as 3714 COVID-19 patients recovered from the disease and were being discharged from different hospitals in the state on Tuesday.
Of the new recovered cases, 744 were from Khurda, 397 from Bargarh, 375 from Cuttack, 242 from Jajpur, 201 from Puri, 152 from Mayurbhanj, 117 from Jharsuguda, 115 from Balasore, 115 from Koraput and 100 from Kandhamal, according to Health and Family Welfare department.
Similarly, 93 patients recovered in Jagatsinghpur, 92 in Ganjam, 88 in Kendrapada, 84 in Sonepur, 84 in Sundargarh, 75 in Balangir, 72 in Angul, 71 in Sambalpur, 70 in Nayagarh, 60 in Keonjhar, 59 in Nabarangpur and 53 in Nuapada.
The number of recovered persons in other districts is as follow:
48 from Kalahandi
43 from Deogarh
38 from Gajapati
34 from Bhadrak
34 from Dhenkanal
22 from Malkangiri
19 from Boudh
17 from Rayagada.
With the day’s figure, the total recovered cases in Odisha now stand at 1,25,738.
