Balangir: Excise mobile squad arrested four persons and seized 46 kg of ganja at Bhadrapali village under Paintala police limits in Balangir district on Thursday.
Those arrested were identified as Babrubahan Kheti, Compounder Kheti, Ramachancra Kheti and Sankirtan Kheti.
The raid was conducted by mobile squad inspector Debasish Patel, sub-inspectors Sashikant Dutta, Udayalal Nayak and assistant sub-inspectors Jagdish Sahu and P K Seth on the basis of a specific information about smuggling of ganja.
The accused have been forwarded to court, excise sources said.
