Jeypore: The COVID-19 tally in Koraput district mounted to 975 on Tuesday with an overnight addition of 49 cases.
Among them, 48 are local contact cases while two are health personnel. A policeman and a BSF jawan have also contracted the virus.
According to the district administration, the majority of cases (34) are from Jeypore municipality and 37 of the total have been reported from different containment zones.
