Bhubaneswar: The East Coast Railway (ECoR) has announced cancellation of four MEMU train services on different routes in Odisha’s Khurda Road Division from October 20.
The cancellations were necessitated by safety-related modernisation work.
Following are details:
Two Cuttack-Bhadrak-Cuttack MEMU services — train Nos. 68424/68423 and 68438/68437 — will remain cancelled from October 20 to 25.
Train Nos. 68411/68412, operating between Bhubaneswar and Brahmapur, will remain cancelled from October 21 to 24.
Train Nos. 68409/68410, operating between Khurda Road and Puri, will remain cancelled from October 21 to January 11, 2027.
Passengers have been advised to check latest train status before commencing journeys and make alternative travel arrangements, if necessary, to avoid inconvenience.
