State party president Basanta Panda on Tuesday appointed Sushant Mishra as the state secretary, Urukula Tandi as the state vice-president of the SC Morcha, Tilottama Nayak as the vice-president of the state Mahila Morcha and Sisir Mishra as the convener of the Hinjili Assembly constituency, said party’s state spokesperson and media cell chief Golak Mohapatra in a release.
