Niali: There has been no let-up in sheep killing incidents in Niali block of Cuttack district. On Wednesday morning, four more sheep were found dead under mysterious circumstances in the cattle shed of Sarat Bhoi at Kulada Hijanga village under Bilasuni panchayat.
On getting information regarding the incident, forest personnel reached the spot. They suspect either a hyena or a wolf to be behind the attack.
More then 200 sheep have been killed in Niali in the last two months. Not only Niali, sheep deaths have also been reported from several villages of Ganjam and Mayurbhanj districts in the recent past.
