Bhubaneswar: Train services on the stretch, where a goods train had derailed, in Sambalpur Division of East Coast Railway (ECoR) was restored around 7 am on Saturday.
According to ECoR sources, four wagons of the train got derailed near Kantabanji railway station around 10.50 pm, resulting in disruption of train movement on both lines. While no casualty is reported, two trains had to be cancelled following the incident.
Senior officials from Railways soon rushed to the spot and all efforts were made to restore train movement on the affected section.
