40 Ton Of Stolen Coal Seized In Odisha’s Dhenkanal

Dhenkanal: A team of Special Task Force (STF) of Crime Branch has seized 40 ton of stolen coal in Kamakhyanagar of the district and arrested two persons in this connection.

On the basis of reliable information about illegal transportation of stolen coal by the mafia, the team conducted raids at different places on Thursday morning.

During the raid, the team seized the coal being loaded in two trucks owned by one Arun Nayak against whom several cases have been registered earlier.

The STF team has arrested two persons after they could not produce valid document in support of transportation of coal. A case has been registered at Kamakhyanagar police station, according to a press release.
