Bhubaneswar: As many as 4219 patients recovered from COVID-19 and were being discharged from hospitals across the state on Wednesday.
Of the day’s recovered patients, 628 were from Khurda, 494 from Cuttack, 264 from Puri, 232 from Jharsuguda, 209 from Angul, 163 from Jagatsinghpur, 161 from Kendrapada, 153 from Mayurbhanj, 132 from Rayagada, 129 from Jajpur, 123 from Balangir, 119 from Balasore, 114 from Bhadrak, 113 from Sambalpur and 112 from Bargarh, according to Health and Family Welfare department.
Similarly, Kandhamal reported 87 recovered cases, Dhenkanal 85, Keonjhar 83, Sonepur 79, Nabarangpur 75, Koraput 72, Ganjam 61, Nuapada 60, Malkangiri 56, Sundargarh 55, Nayagarh 54, Boudh 49, Gajapati 39, Kalahandi 35 and Deogarh 21. There were 162 recoveries from State Pool.
With the day’s figure, the total recovered cases in Odisha have gone up to 1,85,700 against 2,19,119 positive cases with 3,443 new patients reported overnight.
