Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 tally in Bhubaneswar on Saturday reached 1130 after 87 more persons tested positive for the virus. Of them, 46 are local contact cases and 41 quarantine cases.
“Further contact tracing is still continuing. Primary contacts and nearby houses are being quarantined, sanitized and these will be under active surveillance,” Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation posted on its Twitter handle.
On the other hand, 37 more patients have been cured of the infection.
With 11 deaths and 494 recoveries, Bhubaneswar now has 624 active cases.
