48 More COVID-19 Cases In Odisha; Total 876

Bhubaneswar: Corona positive cases in Odisha touched 876 on Monday with 48 more persons testing positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.

Among the 48 new cases, 16 are from Jajpur, Ganjam (15), Nayagarh (3), Puri (4), Balangir (2), Kendrapada (3), Boudh (1), Cuttack (1), Khurda (1) and Kandhamal( 2).

Details of the patients are awaited.

Of the 876 cases in the state, 652 are active while 220 patients have been cured. The virus has so far claimed four lives.

CASES SO FAR

While Ganjam leads with 307 positive cases, Jajpur is second with 137 followed by Balasore (119), Khurda (60), Bhadrak (74), Kendrapara (30), Sundargarh (27), Puri (29), Angul (15), Mayurbhanj (11), Cuttack (23), Nayagarh (9), Jagatsinghpur (5), Boudh (5), Keonjhar (8), Balangir (6), Deogarh (2), Jharsuguda (2), Kalahandi (2), Dhenkanal (1), Sambalpur (1), Kandhamal (2) and Koraput (1).
