Ganjam: Five persons were injured after an autorickshaw rammed into three motorcycles at Samajhal Chhak under Hinjili police limits in Ganjam district on Friday.
The driver, who was allegedly drunk, tried to flee after the mishap, but some locals caught hold of him and handed him over to police.
One among those injured was admitted to MKCG Medical College and Hospital in Berhampur. His condition is stated to be critical.
