Bhubaneswar: The Indian Railways has put its decision to add five more coaches to the special AC train from Bhubaneswar for New Delhi on hold.
Citing operational and technical reasons for going back on its decision, the Railways said the details will be announced at a later date.
The train will now have the scheduled 17 coaches and leave Bhubaneswar on Wednesday. The passengers have been advised to come to platform No 1 from the Master Canteen side 90 minutes before the train’s departure. Only passengers with confirmed tickets will be allowed to enter the platform.
They have to clear the medical screening before being allowed to board the train. Only asymptomatic passengers will be permitted to travel. On arrival at Delhi, they have to follow the local government’s health protocols.
