Bhubaneswar: Odisha saw another 538 patients getting cured of COVID-19 and being discharged from hospitals on Monday.
According to the Health and Family Welfare Department, the recovered patients are from 24 districts of the state.
Among them, Khurda recorded the highest recovery of 75 followed by 73 from Sundargarh, 64 from Kalahandi, 62 from Nuapada, 35 from Balangir, 26 from Cuttack, 25 from Jharsuguda and 20 from Keonjhar district.
The recoveries from other districts are as follow:
19 from Bargarh
15 each from Mayurbhanj and Nabarangpur
14 from Rayagada
12 from Anugul
11 each from Jajpur, Nayagarh and Puri
10 from Sambalpur
8 from Ganjam
5 from Baleswar
4 from Bhadrak
3 from Kandhamal
2 from Malkangiri
1 each from Jagatsinghpur and Koraput
16 from State Pool
With this, the cured tally has touched 3,40,600. Odisha now has 9,259 active cases.
