Bhubaneswar: The fifth edition of Eco Retreat Odisha, the annual flagship camping event of Tourism Department, will be begin from November 1.
According to sources, the first phase of the event will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik at Hirakud, Daringbadi, Putsil, and Satkosia. It will begin at Sonapur and Bhitarkanika in the second phase from December 1.
Eventually, the event will kick off at Konark on December 15.
Eco Retreat, which promote sustainable tourism and offer travellers an unforgettable glamping experience, will be held at these seven locations for three months. Booking for stays can be done at Eco Retreat’s official website– odishaecoretreats.com.
The event is an exquisite blend of luxury, culture, adventure, and natural beauty.
The glamping package starts from Rs 7000 for two inclusive of all meals, evening hi-tea, one water sports ride and local sightseeing tour. You can choose to stay in various tents like Deluxe Swiss Cottage, Premium Swiss Cottage, Royal Luxury Swiss Cottage or Presidential Suite.
