Dhenkanal: Six persons were injured, two of them critically, when a major fire broke out at Narbheram power and steel factory in Dhenkanal district on Tuesday.
The victims were working in the factory when the mishap took place. They were rushed to SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack.
Fire officials, who reached the spot to douse the flames, suspect gas leakage from a pipe in the factory to have caused the fire.
Property and goods worth lakhs of rupees were destroyed in the fire, reports said.
