Bhubaneswar: Six more COVID-19 patients in Odisha have succumbed to the deadly disease, the Health Department informed on Friday.
Details of the deceased:
* A 50-year-old man from Angul district, who was also suffering from diabetes mellitus.
* A 72-year-old man from Cuttack district who was also suffering from coronary artery disease, acute coronary syndrome, diabetes mellitus and hypertension.
* A 50-year-old woman from Cuttack district who was also suffering from diabetes mellitus and bronchial asthma.
* A 55-year-old man from Dhenkanal district who was also suffering from chronic kidney disease and hypertension.
* A 50-year-old woman from Jagatsinghpur district who was also suffering from chronic kidney disease and severe anaemia.
* A 67-year-old man from Puri district who was also suffering from cerebro vascular accident.
With this, the toll due to the infection in the state has touched 8,507.
