Cuttack: New COVID-19 positive cases continued to fall in the city as 85 persons tested positive for the disease on Saturday.
Of the new cases, 27 were detected in institutional quarantine centres and 8 in home quarantines while 50 were local contacts, according to Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC).
Home quarantine cases were identified in Raja Bagicha, CDA, Kanika Chhak and Bajrakabati Road.
The day’s figure took the total cases to 14,031. While 13,082 patients have recoverd, 63 succumbed to the disease. There are 886 active cases in the city at present.
