Berhampur: An abandoned new-born boy was mauled to death by stray dog in front of Buguda Community Health Centre (CHC) in the early hours of Friday.
As per reports, around 2 am in the midnight some passersby heard some cries of a child and on a closer look they found a dog dragging a child on the road in front of the CHC. They immediately rescued the child and rushed him to the CHC.
Though the child was alive when the locals saw him first, the doctors at the CHC declared him dead.
