Rourkela: Police on Sunday busted an air conditioner (AC) stealing racket by arresting 11 of its members in Rourkela.
As many as 23 ACs were recovered from the arrested persons.
According to police sources, they had stolen the ACs of different brands from a depot located at Uditnagar area.
Basing on a complaint, a team of Rourkela police swung into action and managed to nab these persons after conducting raids at different places.
The accused used to steal ACs from various places, mostly from factories at night, sources said.
