Dhenkanal: Accidental firing from a security guard’s service rifle on Thursday left the staff and customers of LIC Office in Dhenkanal in shock.
According to reports, CMS Securities authorities were counting the money when the incident occurred at Rathagada LIC branch.
The gunman of CMS Securities, Kumud Kumar Sahu (54), said his leg accidentally fell on the trigger and it went off.
The bullet hit the roof and luckily none none were injured. Town Police reached the spot and initiated a probe into the matter.
