Cuttack: Acting swiftly after coming across a post on social media, the Regional Transport Office (RTO) in Odisha’s Cuttack has issued a challan against a police officer for riding a motorcycle without wearing a helmet on Friday.
The police personnel was reportedly riding a bike without helmet in Madhupatna area of Cuttack city when a citizen spotted him and took a photograph of the scene.
The picture was subsequently posted on X and immediately drew the attention of the RTO, Cuttack. Within a few hours, RTO, Cuttack issued a challan ensuring quick and fair enforcement.
