Bhubaneswar: Odisha saw a marginal rise in daily COVID caseload on Saturday with 23 more positives in the last 24 hours against 15 on Friday, and 22 on Thursday.
According to the I & PR department, 14 of these new cases are from quarantine and nine local contacts. There are four minors among them belonging to the 0-18 years age group.

1. Bargarh: 1
2. Kendrapada: 1
3. Khurda: 2
4. Nuapada: 1
5. Sambalpur: 1
6. Sundargarh: 16

With these cases being detected from 7,095 samples, the test positivity rate stood at 0.32%. With 41 more recoveries in the last 24 hours, Odisha now has 190 active cases.
Till November 4, five districts – Dhenkanal, Ganjam Rayagada, Nabarangpur and Malkangiri – were COVID-free with nil active cases, as per the state COVID dashboard.
