Cuttack: The Millenium City recorded 64 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, which took the affected tally to 1389 on Thursday.
According to Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC), 24 cases have been detected from Behera Sahi, which is a containment zone, while 19 are home quarantine and 11 are institutional quarantine cases. The remaining 10 are local contact cases.
Eight more cases have been reported from the isolation ward of SCB Medical College and Hospital here and 15 from Samanta Sahi.
A COVID warrior is among the home quarantine cases and two among the local contact cases.
With 10 deaths and 671 recoveries, Cuttack city now hs 708 active cases.
