Bhubaneswar: The daily COVID caseload in Odisha dropped for the second consecutive day on Sunday with 31 positives in the last 24 hours against 42 on Saturday and 44 on Friday.
According to the I & PR Department, 18 of the new cases are from quarantine and 13 are local contacts. Among them, only seven belong to the 0-18 years age group.

2. Bhadrak: 1
3. Cuttack: 4
4. Deogarh: 3
5. Kandhamal: 2
6. Khurda: 1
7. Mayurbhanj: 2
8. Nabarangpur: 2
9. Nayagarh: 1
10. Sambalpur: 3
11. Sundargarh: 9
With these cases being detected from 8,896 samples, the test positivity rate stood at 0.34%. With 57 recoveries in the last 24 hours, Odisha now has 280 active cases.
