Sambalpur: The COVID-19 tally in Sambalpur district rose to 264 on Sunday with 17 fresh cases being reported in the last 24-hours.
Among them, 11 cases were detected during active surveillance. The remaining six are contact cases.

1- 21-year-old female, Sakhipara, detected during active surveillance
2-27-year-old female, Bhatra, a contact case
3- 4-year-old female, Bhatra, a contact case
4- 55-year-old female, Badbazar, SMC area, detected during active surveillance
5- 14-year-old male, Stationpara, Khetrajpur, contact case
6- 32-year-old male, Nurserypara, Kuchinda, detected during active surveillance
7- 16-year-old, Pangachhia, Talipada, a contact case
8- 22-year-old female, Badbazar, detected during active surveillance
9- 12-year-old male was under Home Quarantine at Budharaja, detected during active surveillance
10- 17-year-old male was under home quarantine at Khandadhip, Rairakhol and detected during active surveillance
11- 13-year-old female was under home quarantine at Khandadhip, Rairakhol and detected during active surveillance
12- 36-year-old female was under home quarantine at Khandadhip, Rairakhol, a contact case
13- 35-year-old female, was under home quarantine at Gaudapali, Burla, detected during active surveillance
14- 25-year-old male, was under home quarantine at Bareipali, contact case
15- 72-year-old male from Khetrajpur, detected during active surveillance
16- 50-year-old female from Khetrajpur, detected during active surveillance
17- 52-year-old male, Bhatra, detected during active surveillance.
All cases are asymptomatic and being shifted to the dedicated COVID facility. Contact tracing is under progress, the tweet added.
On the other hand, the second phase of a partial shutdown was enforced on Sunday.
With 135 recoveries, the Sambalpur district now has 129 active cases.
