Mumbai: Actor Harshvardhan Rane, who rose to fame with ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’, is currently busy filming his upcoming romantic action thriller ‘Silaa’ in Vietnam.
Amid the tight shooting schedule, Rane completed a challenging and rarely attempted expedition of the world’s largest cave, Son Doong Cave in Vietnam.
The Son Doong Cave was chosen as one of the shooting locations for the film, helmed by Omung Kumar.
After undertaking and completing the challenging task, Rane has joined the group of 100 Indians to have successfully completed the Son Doong Cave Expedition.
The actor shared glimpses of the incredible adventure on his Instagram handle.
In one of the photos, the actor is seen shirtless, wearing a pair of blue trousers and an LED safety helmet, flaunting his chiselled physique and six-pack abs inside the cave.
In another photo, the actor poses with the medal and certificate of appreciation awarded to him after completion of the expedition.
The actor also posed with his expedition guide and expressed his gratitude in the caption: “Amongst 100 Indians to ever complete this expedition! All thanks to this man in the last pic.”
As soon as the post went viral, fans flooded the comments section with congratulatory messages.
Director Omung wrote, “Let’s create history together.”
Omung’s wife Vanita Kumar commented, “Congrats!! So, so proud. You guys simply rock! Men of steel! The best choice for our film. Your grit, determination and Omung’s vision, madness and perseverance is a deadly combination! You are creating history and magic altogether!”.
