Actor Partha Sarathi Ray Arrested By Bhubaneswar Police For Violating Court Rules

Bhubaneswar: Badagada Town Police here on Thursday arrested Odia actor Partha Sarathi Ray on the basis of a non-bailable warrant (NBW) issued against him by JMFC (Judicial Magistrate First Class) court.

According to sources, the NBW was issued against the actor of ‘Hello Arsi’ fame on grounds of non-compliance of legal protocols. He was allegedly skipping court summons. The court directed police to act without any further delay as mandatory conditions were being violated by him.

Following the arrest, Ray was produced before the court this noon.

Some of his notable movies include Phalguna Chaitra, Dalchini, Trikanya, Charitra and Dear Puriush. He was also conferred with the Best Actor award at the 29th State Film Awards for the 65th National Film Award winning Odia Film, Hello Arsi.
