Mumbai: Mumbai Crime Branch arrested businessman Raj Kundra, husband of actor Shilpa Shetty, for allegedly creating pornographic content and publishing it through some apps, late on Monday evening.
In a statement, Mumbai Police commissioner Hemant Nagrale said Kundra appeared to be the “key conspirator” and they had “sufficient evidence” against him.
The case was registered with the Mumbai Crime Branch in February this year. Further investigation is on, he added.
