Puri: The sevayats of Suara and Mahasuara Nijog prepared the Mahaprasad, popularly known as Abhada, of the Lords at the Gudicha temple after the Sakala Dhupa rituals on Thursday.

As informed by the Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA), arrangements have been made to distribute the Adapa Abhada to the devotees at the Nakachana gate of the temple near the bus stand.

The devotees provided with the token will come in a queue from the Ashram Chhak maintaining social distancing to receive the Abhada.

As the three deities are now on the Adapa Mandap of the Gundicha temple, the Mahaprasad is cooked on the temple premises as the main temple has been closed till the return of the Trinity.
