Nabarangpur: The Additional Inspector In Charge (Addl IIC) of Umerkote police station in Odisha’s Nabarangpur district was nabbed by Vigilance officials late Sunday night while allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 20,000.

Addl IIC Limaraj Pradhan had allegedly sought the bribe from a person to let him off in a family dispute case.

Pradhan had allegedly asked the person to come to the police station with the money after 10 pm.
