Bhubaneswar: Admissions in the Plus II streams in Odisha began in all higher secondary schools with strict adherence to COVID-19 guidelines on Monday.
The admissions started at 10 am and will continue till 6 pm.
The students who are selected on the basis of the first cut-off marks are eligible to take admissions in the first phase.
The first phase of admissions will continue till September 26 while the second cut-off marks will be published at 11 am on October 3 and the admissions will be between October 5 and 7.
The list for the spot admissions will be published at 5 pm on October 15 and the selected students will take admissions between 10 am and 4 pm on October 16.
The higher secondary school authorities have been directed to keep adequate stock of hand sanitisers and ensure the thermal scanning of each student with mandatory use of masks and social distancing during the admissions.
