Rourkela: The family of a woman has lodged a police complaint after she died allegedly due to COVID vaccine complications in the city.
The family, which hails from Maguni slum near Plant Site area in Rourkela, told the media that the deceased Kabita Dantali (32) was administered the COVID vaccine at a centre near Gurudwar Road on Thursday afternoon. Soon after the inoculation, she fell seriously ill and was admitted to Rourkela Government Hospital (RGH) on Friday. She died while undergoing treatment.

Claiming that their kin died due to the adverse effect of the vaccine, the family members lodged a complaint at Plant Site police station on the basis of the death memo issued by the RGH authorities.
