Bhubaneswar: Odisha FC will make their debut in the AFC Cup with a home match against Mohun Bagan Super Giants at Kalinga Stadium here on September 19.
The other teams in Group D of the south zone are Bashundhara Kings (Bangladesh) and Maziya Sports & Recreation Club (Maldives).
Group stage matches will be played on a home-and-away basis, with the toppers qualifying for the inter-zone play-off semifinals.
Odisha FC earned direct qualification to the group stages of Asia’s second-tier club by virtue of winning the 2022-23 Super Cup triumph and a subsequent play-off win against Gokulam Kerala FC.
