New Delhi: Amid excitement over Ram Mandir opening in Ayodhya, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday shared an Odia devotional bhajan, ‘Ayodhya Nagari Nache Ramanku Pai’, sung by Namita Agrawal and composed by Saroj Rath.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), the PM wrote: “There is devotion towards Prabhu Shri Ram in every part of India. In every language also you’ll find several Bhajans devoted to him. Here is one such effort in Odia…”
A popular singer of Odisha music industry, Namita is known for Odia bhajans and albums.
The PM had shared Ram Bhajan, which is reportedly the last shlok recorded by late Lata Mangeshkar, on Wednesday.
Earlier this month, he had also tweeted about devotional bhajan ‘Ayodhya Mein Jaykara Gunjay’ sung and composed by Vikas and created by Mahesh Kukreja and a song by a rising singer named Swasti Mehul.
The grand inauguration of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya is set for January 22, with the PM as the chief guest.
