Bhubaneswar: Amid a dip in COVID cases, the Outpatient Department (OPD) services at AIIMS, Bhubaneswar resumed on Monday.
In the first phase, only 40 to 50 patients will be allowed each day at the outdoor of each department, said AIIMS sources.
The sources said that telemedicine services will continue to operate. However, the consultations will be provided via WhatsApp and not through voice calls.
Notably, walk-in services at the premier hospital were closed on April 26 to prevent spread of COVID-19.
