Cuttack: An ailing elephant was found lying in a forest in Cuttack district on Thursday morning.
Some locals near Banra spotted the elephant. Later, forest officials and veterinary doctors reached the spot and started treating the animal. They were assisted by a tranquilising team from Bhubaneswar.
