Bhubaneswar: AirAsia has decided to temporarily suspend the Bhubaneswar-Bangkok flight.
The airliner has informed this in a letter to the authorities of Biju Patnaik International Airport. The reason behind the proposed suspension and the exact date was not known immediately.
However, sources said the flight would be suspended from September 25.
Notably, AirAsia had launched the Bhubaneswar-Bangkok flight on December 7, 2018.
Prior to this, the Air India, which had launched its maiden flight to Bangkok from Bhubaneswar on December 10, 2017, suspended its operation after seven months on July 16, 2018, citing operational reasons.
