Ajay Devgn’s ‘Singham’ To Re-release In Theatres On Demand

Bhubaneswar: The Ajay Devgn starrer blockbuster movie ‘Singham’ will be returning to theatres this October on demand of fans.

Days ahead of ‘Singham Again’s release, filmmaker Rohit Shetty on Friday announced the re-release of the first instalment of the movie on his Instagram handle.

“Before he comes with his full force on Diwali. Experience how it all began again. Experience the mass again. Experience the euphoria again. Experience SINGHAM once more before SINGHAM AGAIN!” wrote Shetty along with a poster of ‘Singham’.

Sharing the reason behind this decision, the filmmakers released a press note stating, “The decision to bring Singham back to theatres comes from the overwhelming demand of fans eager to experience the mass entertainer Singham again on the big screen before the release of Singham Again.”

‘Singham’ is scheduled to hit the theatres on October 18, just two weeks before the release of its third instalment, ‘Singham Again’.

Helmed by Rohit Shetty, Singham, that was released in 2011, had left cash registers ringing at the box office minting around ₹141 crore. The film stars Ajay Devgn, Kajal Agarwal and Prakash Raj in lead roles.
