Bhubaneswar: The Commissionearate Police on Monday arrested an anti-social after he was caught by the locals while trying to snatch a gold chain from a woman.
According to police, a woman had gone to a medicine shop near Nalco Square to makes some purchase when a youth came and snatched the gold chain from her neck.
However, some locals present caught him while he was trying to flee from the spot.
They tied the chain snatcher to a tree and informed police who reached to the spot and arrested him.
