Mumbai: Mom-to-be Alia Bhatt is certainly taking pregnancy to another level. She stood out at the ‘Brahmastra’ pre-release event held in Hyderabad Friday. Of course, she was accompanied by hubby Ranbi
r Kapoor. Among others present at the event were Karan Johar, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna.
What stole the show was Alia’s bright pink sharara. The ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ actress made heads turn in the vibrant traditional ensemble, customised by celebrated designers Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. The back of her kurti was adorned with a message, all in ‘gota’ and read, “Baby on board”.
Several gota motifs on the hem of her kurti and sharara pants also read “Love”.
Her outfit was a 3-piece set comprising a short kurti, matching sharara pants and a dupatta. All the separates had glitzy gota embroidery.
