Aligarh: One of the men accused in the gruesome murder of a two-year-old in Uttar Pradesh’s Aligarh had raped his own daughter five years ago and had been bailed out by his wife, NDTV quoted the p
olice as saying.
The man and an accomplice killed a two-year-old in Aligarh over a loan dispute with her grandfather, the police have said.
Last Sunday, Aligarh woke up to the ghastly sight of stray dogs pulling at human body parts from a garbage dump. Later, the trail led to the mutilated body of a two-year-old girl who had been missing since May 30.
The case made national headlines after celebrities, politicians and others tweeted about it with a hashtag using her name. The law prevents the media from reporting her name as well as that of the accused who raped his daughter to protect her identity.
