Malkangiri: The COVID-19 tally in Malkangiri district rose to 1,858 on Monday with the overnight addition of 78 positive cases, including four COVID warriors.
The district administration informed that all the new patients were local contact cases.
The highest of 28 cases was reported from Malkangiri municipality, followed by 14 each from Chitrakonda and Korukonda block, 11 from Balimela NAC, eight from Malkangiri block, one from Mathili, Kalimela and Khoriput block.
