All Temples To Reopen In Odisha’s Jagatsinghpur From Tomorrow

Jagatsinghpur: All temples and places of worship in Jagatisinghpur district will be reopened from Friday.

All the temples including Sarala and Gorakhnath shrines will open at 7.30 am and close after evening Alati, said district collector Sangram Keshari Mohapatra. But the devotees will not be allowed to go to sanctum sanctorum and there will be restrictions on offering ‘Prasad’, he added.

After the state government assigned the responsibility of reopening the temples to the district collectors, most of the temples in Odisha districts reopened from Wednesday.

It has been made mandatory for the devotees to enter the temples by wearing masks and maintaining social distance.
